The CDMX edition was an experiment in collaboration with a local university, Mexico’s leading media team, and an emerging venture studio. It was built to connect and educate the next generation of founders, growth operators, and institutional fintech leaders, while creating strong post-event follow-up potential for Stellar and partner ecosystems.
The event worked best when it felt practical, operator-led, and distribution-aware. The main friction points were show rate, timeliness in planning and programming.
This page reflects the internal debrief notes for the June 17, 2026 CDMX event and includes strategic follow-up observations, warm intro candidates, and recommendations for the 2026 series.
MARKETERS IN THE ARENA CDMX brought together a high quality room. The strongest signal was not scale, but density: founders, operators, institutional fintech teams, and ecosystem builders who were materially relevant to Stellar, stablecoins, and GTM in LATAM.
Timing mattered. Running the event the day after Stablecoin Conference helped capture people already in Mexico City, while Espacio Cripto content capture extended the event into a post-event distribution channel through interviews, clips, and organic social posts (coming soon).
Professional photography captured throughout the day — speaker sessions, networking moments, and content hack activations.
